This is a typographic project entitled "words in space". I chose the theme of the Mad Hatter's tea party from the Adventures of Alice in Wonderland. I created a table cloth which I hand drew the typography from the story onto. The text has been incorporated into a flowery 'chinsey' patterns often associated with tea parties, paper doilies were also made. I have made a mock up of a concertina book including all the hand drawn text, the covers are made from the paper doilies and a ribbon for the tie.
